Matching Service

Advance Mentoring has developed a unique matching algorithm that matches each individual mentor within your organization with a mentee who is the best fit based on criteria developed by you for your organization. Alternatively, mentor/mentee relationships can be designated and put into the system. In all cases, the emphasis is on 2 things: (1) matching the best mentor to a particular mentee and (2) ensuring that no mentor has more relationships than you request (usually one or two mentees per mentor).

Training and Support

Advance Mentoring offers online training with printable, easy to follow and use manuals and free phone and email support to answer any user questions involving use of the service. Customer Designates Rules of Service Use for Employees/Members. As a customer, you control who does what and how they are allowed to do it. You can specify only email contact, or allow contact through our instant messenger or chat room features. You can designate the classes of mentors and which levels of mentees they can mentor. For example, you can designate that Vice Presidents should only mentor Director level employees.

Flexible Hosting and Custom Options

At Advance Mentoring we believe that every organization has a need for an online mentoring service, but that each organization’s unique culture requires some system modification to be successful. We let you tell us how you would like to modify our basic service to fit your organization’s needs. While such modifications are usually minor in terms of changing our software (through our many available options we offer a wide array of potentially different features to meet almost any demand), they can be critical in terms of success. We can host the entire site at our facility or your facility. We can host the software for the website at our facility, while critical employee information can be kept at database servers protected by your firewall and your infrastructure. You choose. We can allow ID and password access so that employees can access the site from anywhere or we can allow access by IP authentication so that only employees can access from authorized sites. You choose. You can monitor and archive or just monitor, and you choose what to monitor. Of course, we can also customize how the Service will operate in your organization.
