Mt. Sierra College needed a mentoring program that would allow them to match their alumni with their current students so the students could learn about the alumni�s industries and positions. Advance Mentoring implemented a solution that allowed Mt Sierra to efficiently and quickly implement a mentoring program. Their mentoring portal was designed to merge seamlessly into the rest of their site, matching existing style and features. Mt. Sierra has been pleased with their feature rich site which includes: profiles, advanced search, resume posting, and a personality test. Ease of use for both the user and Mt. Sierra administrators was also a top priority.
